Your tasks:

  • Implementation of a production plan,
  • Management and management of employees of the production area (70-90 people),
  • Productioni resource management,
  • Proactive collaboration in efficiency and process improvement processes,
  • Active participation in the selection of employees, the development of development plans, employee evaluations, the performance of HR tasks in the field,
  • Day-to-day cooperation with company management and partner areas,
  • Compliance withand enforcement of safety rules,
  • Management of activity 5S.
  • Management of 2 shifts

Your profile:

  • Relevant technical specifications,
  • At least 5 years  of management work experience
  • Experiences in Standard and Special Design production
  • High level of ambition and commitment,
  • Strategic thinking, systems approach,
  • Proactive, goal-oriented attitude,
  • Innovation attitude,
  • Confident use of MS Office programs (word, excel, ppt),
  • Excellent communication and conflict managementskills,
  • Stable knowledge of English in writing and orally.

Advantage:

  • Work experience in a company producing in the metal industry
  • Knowledge of ERP system e.g. ERP
